Where do you ship to?

Currently we ship to the UK and Ireland.

For international enquiries please email us on hello@eringrove.com.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends and holidays will usually be processed the following business day.

Please note at exceptionally busy times, or during weekends and holidays, these timings may vary.

What do I do if there’s a problem with my order?

In the rare occurrence that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@eringrove.com, and we will be able to help.

Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?

Unfortunately, you cannot amend your order after it has been placed.  If you have a query regarding your order please contact us at hello@eringrove.com.

Do you offer returns?

We currently cannot offer returns on any of our food products due to food safety, however if you have any problems with your order please contact us and we will do our best to help. Any of our other merchandise can be returned within 28 days of purchase, please contact us at hello@eringrove.com for a return request.

I’m a distributor or retailer. How do I place an order?
