Where it all started.
Nestled in the heart of the Fermanagh Lakelands is the family farm where Erin Grove Preserves has been situated since 2001; and where founder Jayne Paget first learned the art of jam making from her grandmother as a little girl.
Small batch production.
Wanting to recreate the simple, traditional flavours that have been lost in so may of the over processed foods found in our supermarkets, Erin Grove use the time-honoured method of small batch production - the same way Jayne’s grandmother made them on the kitchen stove - to ensure the best quality of natural flavour and colour in every jar.
Tradition meets tomorrow.
Many of Erin Grove's recipes have been handed down through the generations, others they have created themselves to produce a range where the favourites of yesterday blend with the exciting and innovative flavours of tomorrow. Think Victoria plum preserve, Irish whiskey marmalade, sweet chilli jam and mango chutney with chilli & lime - preserved perfection!
